It's been a while since the last Gangsters Blog, so here is an update on what's been going on... Recent gigs have been manic, this weekends gig at Littlehampton Trades and Labour Club sold out in a couple of hours! A couple of weeks ago we had another Reigate and Redhill Ska Collective gig at Salfords. This was a brilliant night and great value for the audience with the Big Time Charlies and The Gangsters providing the entertainment, the dance floor was packed all night. Sell out gigs seems to be the trend, so anyone who wants to see The Gangsters needs to get their tickets as soon as they go on sale to avoid disappointment! Today, we've posted our gig guide for the rest of 2017. Tickets are available from the venues and if you check out our Facebook page you can find out when tickets are on sales from the venues.

Anyone who's been to a recent gig will have noticed that we have introduced keyboard player at some gigs. Luke 'Baby Gangster' has now done a few gigs with us and he's adding another dimension to the band which means that there are a load of new songs we can add to our set. We've been investing in some new kit, we've upgraded our PA and now we've gone digital. New speakers, a digital mixing desk and monitoring systems, so now our sound is even better than ever! 2018 looks to be another busy year for the band, we are planning to go into a recording studio in January and record some of our own material as well as a few ska classics. So, watch this space!
